Cools very cool! Hope my response wasn't too late.

You could perhaps put some white overlay to make frost version brighter. Additionally by making his ORM purple or blue, it could look like shiny ice. Just ideas ofc, it looks good as it is :peasant-thumbs-up:

EDIT: ORM settings are DXT5 btw.
 
Too upload it with a model, convert the model to .mdl open it up and change the texture path in there from .tif to .dds then convert back to .mdx and it should upload fine.
 
I managed to make it work here Imgur (ignore that the infernal got blue color, I added an emissive skin) but the purple Nether Dragon FX is too big, how did you reduce the size?

How I did it:
I replaced Path "Units/Demon/Infernal/Infernal.pkfx", in the Infernal MDL file with Path "SharedFX/HeroFlameLord/HeroFlameLord.pkfx", for orange fire.

Path "SharedFX/HeroFlameLord/HeroFlameLord.pkfx", with Path "SharedFX/BuildingFX/FrozenThrone.pkfx", for blue.
 
@Malmgrev You need to add scale in mdl. Some of popcorn has this option, so you can coppy it and add to others popcorn. And use for it 0.4 instead of 1.5. But there is another problem... When golem is dead, after it all fx stay on ground and don't disappear.
