A good thing to practice is keeping the model core from wobbling, and feet more stably attached to the ground.

I suggest doing the same motion IRL to get the correct motions

yeah i usually check previous frame where the foot\leg was so it would seem smooth, but this model has Foot made of single vertex

Still even if it's a single face, u can still keep it from wobbling around, I suggest not using translation at all, only rotating joints for more realistic movement
