fascinating. the land version looks done (and great)

the amphibious one looks...... well... let me help you with that

ok remember when you first ever played warcraft3 and you first ever saw the floating crate doodad which is burnt and has holes in it?

simply delete the life preserver (that looks aweful lmao[im sorry im not tryen to be mean]) and do 3 pieces of animation.

step one: pick ur middle frame and tilt the box very slightly to the side -- leave it set up right for your start/end frames.

step two: pick a spot in ur animation about one third into the animation, and move the whole box down just a slight bit.

step three: go to the 2 thirds mark, and put your box, a wee bit higher, then it normaly would be, in comparison to the one third mark.

the end result should be a swimming animation for the box and if labeled right it should sit flat on land and it should bob up and down gently if somewhat rigidly and thus ''feels'' in the water.

take inspiration from my very most basic models -- my plants -- for ideas of how to make wiggling doodads, its not hard, with MDLvis editor, just tedious.

once ur done maybe ill steal it for star craft 2

= )

edit: had no idea this model existed (I don't visit the models page much any more)

now that ive noticed all the other versions, gota say, its pretty cool. 9/10

but I still think it'd look better lower down in the water
