Those draenei siege unit. Where did you get it?

I can't remember right now, but i'm pretty sure that it's from a russian site, i just retexture it with a cnp of mine (the original uses the infernal cannon texture, and an extra texture similar to the infernal cannon)

Is there any way to get that Draenei siege unit? =D
