Yes, Trolman, Green-skinned Orcs and humans in Outland, if I had a WoW Game Card, I would take a screenshot and show it to you.

I always forget to disable those Camera Bounds... perhaps you can consider it to be the regions which the peninsula is ending.

Ye trolman, they went through the portal, I guess. Maybe you'd have to have played WoW to understand this part.

I know that orcs came from outland and that humans were in outland but in current DP,outland is a bastion of the legion-full with deamons,blood elves,naga,fel orcs,more deamons....

And as you can see, the orcs and humans are fighting some demons. I'd guess they were sent through the portal to stop the threat the Legion is causing (not saying they would stand a chance).

Precisely, for that is their base near the Portal, because they went through the portal and they built an encampment near the portal so they can retreat the fastest and easiest way.
