Been stuck at this stage for a while. Probably gonna just fix the Telvanni Peninsula, isles, and Solstheim, then clean up the tiles around Elsweyr and call it a day.

I started this project with the intent to use it in some sort of Europe At War sort of RPG-grand strategy like game, but now I'm just trying to finish the terrain and release it as a template.
