So, the Dragons have bases in Dreamworld too? That actually makes sence! The world was created from the tears of Leviathan, and since it was kinda Dragon-tears this could be the homeworld of Dragons! .... and YAY! :D:D:D:D

Dreamworld existed way before titans. And dragons were invited there for negotiations (maybe green have base I don't know).

I guess you misunderstood the Tear part.

As I said you misunderstood. The shape of endless water was created by his sorrow. The world it self existed before. Now it is back to being normal.
