Lol, isn't that the head for the fallen? Not quite but similar. Anyway, it's better than the other Balrog model since that one was too close to the goatmen. But, you need to make the same colour for the head and body+limbs.

Needs a more Looney Toons human villain-esque body.

What I mean by that is an ultra large chest and shoulders plus small legs and tiny feet.

They had this funny walk animation back in diablo 1

It looks good for a demon with few adjustments for the horns like tapering it into curved?
