Once again, this doesn't really prove anything especially with the censorship plus that user (the author) doesn't know English, right and the translation seems too good to be from a translation software.

Me including authorization for the author's sake (so they can see that I have gone through the trouble to show that I gained their consent).
I deleted the old one because I missed a spot to remove (whitening).
Well, the picture shows their account was made in 2017 (so not a potentially new account created by someone just for this purpose). I think the author asked me to not disclose the username for some reason, so I am just following orders.
Why are you waiting so long to upload this? I understand translating might take time, but according to this screenshot, the author contacted you about uploading the campaign back in August
