Dude, it's an English site. You'd better translate your stuff otherwise we won't accept it unless it's bilingual of course (but that means English has to be a priority/must).
@Svenam Well, if you can devise a way to have stuff in both English and Russian, then yes.
What needs to be in English is unit/building names, tooltips/descriptions, cinematic transmission text etc.
