Wood is sacred and rare resource for the Sea Legion and they hear it has magical power to create "fire". Plus I didn't think to use stone table.

Nah they see them as heretical items since Maelstorm is the curse of the oceans and was created along with naga. It is said in the legends when ever toilet is flushed a naga is born....if toilets existed in medieval times...

Trolmanian survivors stay as they are - in control of the two people with the most sense, Al and Vel.

It makes more sense that way, seeing that their prince is married to Calliope.

Who knows - empire might be incinerated by Chaos.
