Armor took me about 3 days, the rest took about an hour. I made the chestplate team color effected and the book is transparent. Textures\Human Veteran.blp

UPDATE: I removed the chestplate team color and made it the buckle around his waist. I added some light to the armor and touched it up a bit.

armor took 3 days? i indeed see a lot of brush spreaded everywhere, you might want to clean it a bit, now its spreaded so it looks like a mess. try to use smudge, if you have that tool, to push the abnormalities. obviously enough, you didnt used a reference, and that's really easy to see. you apparantly ignore the structure of an armor, so you might want to have a ref. when skinning so you dont do such errors. try having highlights on the armor, along with the green thing, even if its a black, a grey or a white armor, it do have white highlights.

only the armor have really been freehanded, the rest is either a poor freehanding, or no freehanding at all. you're slowly getting better, better than your first skin anyway

you should really erase everything and redo it from scratch. a wise tip i heard once is "never erase your work, if it's bad, redo it from scratch".
and if you ever happen to do an armor again, take a ref pic, that will only help you and by the same time giving me a break
