Luciana Soothe, the Silver Rose
| ✰ | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Hero's Story Nowadays loyal to the bone and the holy symbol of the Seventh Kingdom, Luciana wasn't either when she was young. Having to grow up with nine other brothers, vulnerability was exactly the word one would never use to describe what she was, preferring to beat her brothers out rather than crying and running away. Wearing skirts, having dollies and being soppy about rain drops and whiskers on kittens is something that happened to other girls. A living flame personality was exactly what she was described as kingdoms away, and exactly what was later needed to become a waitress at the Skipping Dryad Inn. The story of her single-hand beating two mountain trolls while pouring a glass of brandy with the other hand reached even the Silver King, who saw the opportunity in her vivacity, and offered her a training as a knight. Finding her true self there, in the stone castle and among swords and armor, she was given the name of Silver Rose - stunningly beautiful, yet still able to guard oneself. Originally frightened with the corruption of her one king, the lady ran away, but soon to return when all nine of her brothers and other fellow knights were slain. The vengeance overtook her. Grieving if things could have been different if she didn't run, Luciana ultimately found inner light within the last surviving knight - Leon Soothe - and she now knows no fear or mercy, lusting to slay the slayer. Hero Introduction The Silver Rose is a carry of incredible potential. She is able to wipe out single targets extremely fast, but is somewhat squishy and requires a good tank, or a very fast healer. She is also the only character currently to have a perk which immunizes her against some spells. The Silver Rose has got special spell synergy with the Silver Knight - together in love in war, these two lovebirds give each other extra effects on their skills if they're both played in the same game. The Silver Rose's side of the synergy is this: her Divine Vengeance will additionally cleanse the Silver Knight from negative debuffs, her Merciless perk also increases attack speed of the Silver Knight, and her Fearless perk also immunizes the Silver Knight against armor loss skills. Abilities
Tactics & Strategy Being a squishy character, the Silver Rose must be played safely. She is able to pack up quite some damage, but her negative armor from Reckless will make psychical hits hurt like hell. This hero, unlike others, does not suffer at all from picking all and progressing each skill simultaneously. Merciless is often a cause of death when it's casted in a flock of enemies, but Divine Justice can be used to cleanse the movement debuff while still keeping the attack speed increase. Even tho Diplomatic Bribery practically immunizes enemies against psychical damage, they are still vulnerable to spells, which makes the Silver Rose an excellent pair with any spellcaster. |
