The composition is rather great, I simply adore how the brown blends into the green pieces of text. The interesting comparison the different pictures make with the laggy Cacodemon avatar is simply stunning. The only disruption I can perhaps detect lies within the fact that every profile looks like this, with user customizations disabled, an option which I chose not to ignore.

That was a typo, I did actually mean 6200 XD
It's just that the AGP 6200's really did not sell very well, most were PCI-E.
And there were a couple PCI versions too.

You probably didn't need a new board or power supply, and anyways, the G31's suck, a P35 or P45 would be good for you

Check the prices on the HD4830 if he recommended the 9800GT, they are the same performance, and sometimes they have deals on HD4770/4850 that place them at HD4830 prices, both have more performance.

No, Don't get the 9500, they are horrible, and that 1gig is a gimmick, they can't really handle over 512, try to get a HD4670/9600GT or above, don't get the 9600GSO though.

9800GTX+/GTS250=HD4850
8800GTX/8800GTS512mb=HD4770
9800GT/8800GT=HD4830
9600GT=HD4670
9600GSO=HD4650
9500GT=HD3670
ATI Mobility Raedon X300 laptop brand graphics card, though I got the laptop for free. I'm sure what you are getting will be much better than mine .
