They're fog models from the UTM

wow, you used them so well... I'm guessing you re-sized them? so they are small? You have inspired me to make a ghostly terrain like this, i really want to now.

Also where did you get those Farcry 2 looking car and bus models from on the left?

Yes i re-sized and tinted them and the car/bus models are from the thread "winter apocalypse terrain" a few pages back on the terrain board
