Winter Queen model from WoW ported by me.

I heavily advice you, to not use "Attack" and "Stand Ready", but "Spell" and "Spell Ready". Default WoW model does not have melee attack itself, so I had to take it from another ability and it is not looking good (especially if you zoom to the face).
This was one of the hardest model I have ever ported, mainly because of some weird bug with mdl --> mdx conversion.
Oh, and model did not have death sequence, Blizzard probably does not intend to kill her
. So I have created my own, that looks like complete garbage.

I don't see broken stand animation in reforged nor in classic. Can you give me screenshot? Or maybe try it with other unit, on default Footman it looks fine. Maybe you have "Required animation names" somewhere and that is preventing it from being played correctly.

She stood like a statue for a long time.can you let her die like queen azshara anymore, her death animation is really just for deal xd.I think her stand (9,960s) is frozen

How can I see the model in Blender? The textures don't load, it only accepts PNGs and the BLP converter doesn't convert them.
