I think this should be a greenish teal rather than blue and should have some yellow scales w/ webbed fingers. Just some crit... right now this kinda looks like a troll hand. Good try though.

Yeah, it's a little skinny for a Naga, too. I might edit it, but I don't really care; I don't think I'll use it.
