shiiK: This lacks in shading and definition, and I have no idea what it is supposed to be (made of). I suggest you read some tutorials in our 2D Art section to improve your techniques.

looks good would be better if the particals where a diffrent colour but i think that can only be done by modelling unless there is a skin never tried to work on this skin

hmm, looks good overall (if it is freehand), but if you want it to look "molten", make it more red. Here you may use recolour, because you made this in freehand, maybe a little red won't hurt.
