So, you didn't create the map and why bother uploading it here? It would be better if you credited him and have his permission to upload it, it may have a chance to be approved btu your description is lacking too so this will be rejected unless you improve the description and show us the real creator's permission and give him credits.

In addition to what Sclammerz said, you are running the risk to gain negative reputation. Posting a map on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited unless you prove that you have the permission to do so from the original author.
