Okay so I have to do this survey for an English Course and I hope a lot of people would answer.

Thanks in advance.

Questions:

0. How old are you and where do you live (Country)?

1. Select the best fitting option from following:
A) My sleeping habits are excellent and I feel well rested (almost) every day.
B) My sleeping habits are very good and but I feel tired from time to time.
C) My sleeping habits are not so good but I can manage with the amount of sleep I get.
D) My sleeping habits are good but I often feel tired.
E) My sleeping habits are bad and I often feel tired.

2. Select the best fitting option from following:
A) I know there is some factor that effects my sleep negatively, which? (Can be diet, alcohol, smoking, activities, stress...)

2. A, and I think it may have something to do with me sleeping for 5-6 hours at times and then instantly waking up and going to school, and spending quite few hours in there(the worst is Thursday, in which I spend 10 hours in school :D)

5. F, sometimes, I sleep 6 hours, sometimes 8, sometimes 10, it depends what the day is, because on some days I have to wake pretty damn early to school
6. C if by that you mean soda water and stuff like that(flavoured water basically)
7. D, if my mom wouldnt insist on me changing it, I would probably be still sleeping on the same mattress I spelt on 2 years ago :D

3- B (Only the absence of stress and studies would let me sleep well, no other factors)
