Most people think it's easy to lead a team, or at least: most people don't think about what it means to lead a team or am aware of the things they really have to take care about.. and try it though. Don't get me wrong, this is not meant in an offensive way. But you won't go anywhere I think.

I personally would start a team with a friend, appoint them a secondary leader, for when I myself am not there to help the others.

Wrong. I posted another idea on the forums and lioness said she though it owned and we would do it, if other people liked it, and a bunch of other people said they liked it too. I think shes waiting for a few more people to post and then shes going to get started....

However, it might\probably will still die out anyways..
