[SD/Modeling] Can someone flip this Slash Effect so it points Downward?

Hello. I'm wondering if someone can modify this Culling Cleave Red so it points downward. The author left a note saying, "Feel free to modify for personal use." I haven't really gotten to messing with models so I'm clueless on this. Also, a picture example and a video example (if needed) of my spell. I'm basically trying to replicate Arena of Valor's Lu Bu combo spell.
