Make the fog more visible and perhaps use a black fog.
The terrain in the water/shoreline part looks plain still. Add more rocks, debris, etc.
The back and left side of the cave have plain spots. Not sure what you should add to make it more interesting. Maybe some more spires and more doodads other than gold and crystals.
But I would say, add smaller rocks around the sides of the cave and around the stalagmites/w.e they're called, and just some more environment, rocks, a few shrubs maybe.
