Weapon of Righteousness

I'm requesting a spell called Weapon of Righteousness: It gives every hit of the caster a (0.5 times Intelligence) damage bonus. When you cast it the ressurection buff should come on it (the ghost thingy with the sword) and when u attack the unit it gets the replenish buff (yellow one would be best i think) and picture is the Storm Hammer upgrade.

It would be nice if i could get this spell in JASS.
