Water Elemental - Electric Elemental?

Hey, I was just wondering if someone could edit the Water Elemental (Not sea NOR Reef) and make it so it has like, and electricity-look instead of water? I have no clue how to model (hehe) So I'm not really sure either way if it is a skin or model, but I would really appreciate it if I could get this for me map

OR if someone could tell me how to make yellow out of Blue, Green and Red that would help also

i think there already is an electric element based off water, dunt remember where i saw it though, either here or www.wc3campaigns.net
maybe www.clancbs.com but i doubt it

Yellow, in BGR colours, is made up of red and green I believe

As for lightning Elementals Alfred has one. He's also made a lot of other elementals, including that WoW voidwalker used in DotA

All I could get out of that was just a light or dark green more or less
