War3 Mapmaking systems help

Found vextorians caster system, and tried the map out, was impressed and wanted to use this system, however, I apparantly needed the Jass newgen pack to actually use it.

I can download the JassNewgen Pack, But I am unable to extract the files.
I downloaded them from http://www.wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=90999
But I am unable to extract them. Apparantly I need 7-zip, and the main site is not working. They did have a link on wc3campaigns to that and some other thing, but I did not want all the extras. So, deos anybody know where I can get the latest version of 7-zip with no extras?
