Villager man teamcolor

hello im trying to convert the villager into a pirate, with a skin
it looks good so far,

but the only problem i have is the teamcolor.
i wanted to make teamcolored stribes at his shirt, but when i make the shirt "transperant" it just turn out to be transperant ingame aswell.
how can i make him have teamcolor??
please help me.

Can't team color a unit with no team color, You have to edit the model.
