OK I have been doing some terraining for my asian clans project (I know stupid name, but its only a nick name for it)

Heres some ingame shots:

I would like to hear some opinions as snow is damn hard to make good. At least in my case when I want my terrain to look like this, especialy the trees.

Which is actually inpossible with these doodads and tilesets I have. Anyone got a good winter tileset and doodads?

Only thing I managed to do for varations was to use all the snow tiles available in FT.

What do you think? any advices? (I know the pictures ingame and reallife dont match)

Well heres a bigger pic taken from WE, not ingame. Taking shots from cinematic angles dont work with this terrain. As I made the trees so you can walk in the the woods. So it looks like random trees inserted. But from this bird view you get the illusion of forrest.

PS those bandits are there just for fun. Im testing the combat system with them.

I like your tile variation. Since it is a snowy terrain and in Warcraft III (Hard to make things look realistic in this game) I guess the lack of environmentals such as bushes and grass is acceptable.

That actually real terrain is very nice though. Looks very realistic. But the forest looks so empty kind of. The fact that there are trees there is good, but I think you should add snowy bushes and possibly some snowy boulders as well. That'd definately give it a lot more life and make it more interesting. Good work so far though!
