I got lucky enough to download this map from a game. I did some looking into it from what little I could understand from the map itself. I can't seem to get the link to the main download working, but I mirrored the file on a temporary web site:

EDIT: Yahoo! is being stupid, you have to copy and paste the link into your browser. If you click on it, it gives you a page not found error or something of the sort.
(SanGo seems to be the real name)
Anyway, in that zip file is the map (but the file name had to be changed) and a readme (txt) that explains most everything I know about this. The readme has the origional file name in it so you might be able to copy and paste the name to change the file name back to what it needs to be so you can join games created with that map without needing to download it.
In short, this game is very much like dota, but it seems to have been created for Asian users. If you want to know more, read the readme that I included.
I can't host games, otherwise I would try to host an english speaking only version of the game. Maybe someone else could do this so that more people could know what this is all about.
