Using inported picture

Can eanyone tell/show me how to use a inported picture on units and abilities?

Go to your model,ability,or anything else and change its icon with the Imported one.There is an option "import".

You get an error or something?You should be able to choose it normally...

did you import the icon? remember, the icon type must be .tga or .blp. if not, download the correct icon. if all else fails, buy TFT and install it.

i mean how to use a picture not a downloaded icon...
i took the pictures from google so i wan't to use them but it isn't able

To make normal pictures into Icons you can use "wc3-borderizer". I think it's really easy to use.
