unselectable unit via drag box

I have created a unit that is based off thepheonix but uses a custom interceptor model and actor

for some reason I cannot select this unit using the drag selection

I can click on the unit directly or double click to multi select but drag select just doesn't work for tis unit

and ideas on how to fix?

Try checking the actor, I am sure this is cause the interceptor can not be selected.
