Unit Range Help !!!

I created a custom tower, I set the attack range to 1500 but in game it shows 700..Wtf is going on ?
I'm sure everything is right done !!!

Is it that the range is 1500 but it can see up to 700 ?
Sight range.

See if that or something like it is 700

You have to change the acquisition range to 1500 also. Which can be found in the object editor at the top of "Combat -"
