Unit Invincibility

So im trying to make a unit invincible, and so far the only way i can make it happen is to make a trigger to do it for every individual unit that i want to do it for, and im trying to do it for about 60 units, which would get annoying. can anyone help?

Go to your unit, and then to the field 'Unit - Flags'. Double click it and then search for 'Invulnerable' (which is what I think what you mean). Check it, you're done.
