Not much of a return, is it? And, even more, it's 3 textures for just one conversion.
Low_kwaliti's Arthas model IS badass, I submit. And the unwrap has some quirks.
Think of this as an upgraded version of my Arthas-Inquisitor skin.. only blue and shaved.
Anyway, this is part 1, the head, namely Undead Arthas... [so, yeah, unless I complete the rest of the skin, you wont be using undead arthas in the same map...]
