turn invisible ability buttons visible?

how do i turn the art icon buttons of abilities whose normally are not visible (for example the passive abilities items give), visible?

can anyone help =/ ???

i am stuck at something so simple and its really frustrating.

Look up the object data, make sure it is not ITEM ability, (uncheck it, that is).

nono... "item abillity" is unchecked. the ability is based on an item ability, but "item ability" is unchecked.

and i dont mean black icon. i mean i WANT an icon. but i dont see ANY icon. not even black one. the icon slot could be used by another ability.

you could also help me just as much if you knew an unit-based ability that lets me simply give a unit a permanent passive hitpoint bonus. and same with mana.

Not sure what you mean, but you could try making a unit close-by with an aura ability. But depending on what you plan, it might not be best.
