I don't know how to chanjge somes value.

Additionally the spell should contain documentation describing how to modify the spell/system provided.

Usually you change values by opening the corrosponding fields (GUI) or by editing the constant values (JASS). Some JASS spells use the custom script header which is found in the trigger editor by clicking on the map icon (root folder of all triggers).
