Trigger help needed

I need help trying to find a workaround for the fact that there is no - Unit Forgets and ability/skill - Event. I need this because i have a passive spell that changes it's user's colour as soon as it is learned. So, if someone used a Tome of Retraining then I want to be able to change the colour back to normal.

If you can, please help me with this problem.

I believe you want "Unit - Remove Ability".

No I don't need an Action , i'm talking about the fact that there is no Event that detects if a Unit/Hero forgets/loses an ability, like when a Hero uses a Tome of Retraining. And i need a workaround for this.
