[Trigger] Timed Victory

I Really Need Triggers For a timed Game but not the Regular-
Timer Expires-player 1 red Victory
The Map is a Duel Arena Style With a Leader Board
I need Something Like:

Event
Timer expires
Conditions
Team 1 Has More kills then team 2
Actions
Team 1 victory

Thats Obviusly not rite but i Need the Real Triggers that would b that
For Example HOW to Know Team 1 has more kills Then Team 2 or Vice versa.

Store the score in variables? Whenever someone scores a point just add 1 to that team variable...
