Terraining Request

Would someone be able to create a replica of this map? Just the basic outline of the land. I'm really no good at this sort of thing, lol. It doesn't have to be perfect, it's just a rough outline of the general place.
It's the map of the 'Elder Scrolls Skyrim' game. If possible I'd like it to be created with the maximum map size possible.

I could draw some grid lines over the image and in the same places on the map in worldedit (using terrain), if you'd like to get the exact dimensions.
