It's my first model so try not to bash me too much

Also, the .mdx size when you import it is only 6 kbs
You won't have to do anything with the skin because I used textures from wc3.

Lastly, the cylinders on the side are also on the opposite side and back of the building.

Simple yet usefull, btw it might not be the right place to ask, but is assigning ingame skins all done in wordpad?

You assign the skin in wordpad after you uv map the model to your selected skin, but you uv map the model to the skin in a different program.
