Is your strategy worth the values of gem or as worthless as a stone?
Greeting comrade and welcome to C & C Strategem where strategy is the main concern. You would lead one of the 24 nations into victory from a brutal and vicious battle, ranging from conflict in Europe till the Asian.
Each nation focus on their own technology and have advantage/disadvantage of their own. It makes them look either too weak or too strong, but technology isn't matter as the strategy was main priority. With good tactic, even the weakest would won and that's how strategem earn the title for it.

Technology : EMP
Tactic : Disable and destroy
Advantage : Able to shut off enemy vehicle, weapon, defense and facility.
Disadvantage : Require a lot of upgrade and long training/build up time.
History
Novaya Foundation was organize by Dr Saratov who are born at Saratov. The intention of the organization was to topple the Soviet Union as the Russia was suffer from poverty and at the brink of destruction due to the constants war wage by the Premier Yukov in order to conquer the world.
Dr Saratov; as a child prodigy and a genius who work for the Soviet Union in producing a WOMD at the age of 11. He knew that Russia would collapse if the war continues and decided to advice Premier Yukov to end the war immediately.
However, his advice was not heed by Premier Yukov. Knowing that Premier Yukov would not end the war. Dr Saratov gather all the professor and told them about the consequence of the war. He deliver his speech very well and was well supported by all of them.
Soon a protest broke out with over 600 professor and scientist marching towards the Premier office, only to be end with tragic result with over 200 people been murder as the Soviet Army fires a real gun under Premier Yukov order.
Sensing this as a opportunity to start a revolution, Dr Saratov immediately start his propaganda and do whatever it was necessary to earn the support of the people.
Because he had serve and develop weapon for Soviet Union, he know perfectly well of the Soviet weapon weak spot. Thus, he decided to focus on EMP technology because he knows a tesla weapon would not work if there is no power supply.
In his heart, the Russia is no longer alive and should be reform under a new name and ideology where he would name the new nation as "Novaya Russia" shall the revolution is a success.

The recent development by Professor "Laser" Andrew has enable laser weapon to be mass produce in cheap and efficient way for combat have make a entire new revolution in US weapon technology where almost 95% of the weapon was replace with laser.
Ship, tank, aircraft, submarine, rifle and even grenade was improvise with laser concept. The news of United States sold a great amount of aircraft to Korea at rather low price was due to the US new policy of replacing all those aircraft with a newer and improvise version that firing laser instead of bomb.
Rumors has it that President Harold; being a pro-capitalist and anti-communist are the one who responsible for the new Laser policy. Infact, several general agree the laser weaponry would be a great way to deal with the Soviet Union considering the tesla weapon is too deadly to be deal with from close range.
When the media ask President Harold of the sudden changes, he replied "Those reckless communist always called us as capitalist dog. Maybe they are right, we are dog. But, we are top dogs and we would chew through every one of those reckless communist like there is no tommorow and the laser would be our teeth."
With this new technology, the United States begin their campaign and relentless effort to stop Premier Yukov plan and to end the conflict at Europe.

Advantage : Able to move to any location immediately.
Disadvantage : Require a long cooldown before ability could be use again.

The recent conflict at Europe have resulted into a total chaos. Infact, several merchant ships from England became the victim of the war even though the country stay neutral in the conflict.
However, public have soon urge the need of Great Britain to interfere at the war as the economy was jeopardize by it. News report that England start to interfere with the war by forging an alliance with France after an air to air combat between German and France near the England territory that resulted into 1 of the missile hit the soil along with a intelligence report gathered from German that indicate German have intention to attack and conquer the Great Britain.
With the chronosphere technology on standby, the army are preparing to move forward to German to end the conflict once and for all.
