Spell Request: Spectral Dagger

Can anyone make me the spell like DotA's Spectral Dagger? except the dagger missile is changed to a dummy Illidan with 40% transparency and makes a walking animation while it moves. If the exception is not possible then I'll just go with the normal spectral dagger. Or if you know a link of a spell like this.

Too busy with map balancing so I'll need help.
