Yes, English or no map at all. Hey, there are plenty of Russians up here at THW, you could have asked one of them who speak English well to translate map for you... and make the description...

well first i would UNBLOCK the map because according to my editor it is blocked..

Well, maps are protected, not blocked. And people always have uprotected versions and proected, since once protected maps can't be edited ever again.

You could always try to find another person to write a proper description for you and the translation of the map.

he cant ask because he doesnt speak english :/
