can somebody add to this model (http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/fireworks-dragon-head-229130/?prev=d=icon&r=200&t=10) death effect: DoomDeath (Abilities\Spells\Other\Doom\DoomDeath.mdl)?

Did you remove the "war3mapImported\" prefix in the file name?
It works fine for me:
