save/load system ?

Hello again , does anyone have a good -save/-load system ? I don't need anything else , just the system for my map

You need to add more details what the save/load system should save.

Should it save:
Level
Experience (not recomanded)
Items
Abilities
Attributes
Gold
Lumber
etc..
etc..

I know there are some in the spell section
