If you still have the hard drive of the old computer, hook it up, back up your files to a flash drive, and then put your new hard drive back in.

Alternatively, if you haven't scrapped your old computer yet, just get on there and copy your files.
 
As Blade says, it's a good idea to upload your codes to the cloud, preferably with some automatic folder sync sort of like this -> Google Drive.

As for getting your old codes back, if you have no access to your old PC you have to rely on other player's replays. Around what time frame (dates) where you active? Did you play primarily offline, on the official bots or in LAN platform like garena?

Did you play a lot with specific players? If so, give their tags, we could try and contact them directly for replays.

thanks for all the replys, sadly i dont have my old harddrive anymore..
i pm'd already 2 ppl but they dont have any replays.. i guess i have to start over again.
 
I'll be fairly busy the next few days, but come Sunday I'll log on and help you re level if you need help :) if you're playing on battle.net stop on by clan orpg @ uswest, I'm sure box,Ihaz,kam or anyone else would gladly give you a hand
