Is there possibility to make a skill that is attached to item that does this
''10% chance to ingore enemies defence.'' ?? if there is can someone make it for me? 'cause I don't have the skill

And with ingore it means that it doesn't do ( - ) defence to enemy otherwise i would use orb of corruption skill but so i mean really just ignore enemy defence
(just cleared that up)
