Removing heroes from taverns

I need help removing heroes from my map.
I want to make it so that when one person selects a hero from the tavern it removes that hero from the tavern, making other players unable to select that hero.
example; one player selects death knight, now noone else can have a death knight.
I also want to make it so that you cannot make more than one hero. Right now if my hero dies you can just train a new one, insted of him auto-reviving in 45 seconds.

I want the hero selection to be similar to DOTA. Just to give you an idea.

The map will Alpha soon, its a CTF map that im making for my clan.

well not really
what if the map is longer than 1 hour?
what about other heroes? I only want the players to get one.

Make sure they cannot go near tavern.

Events:
Unit/Unit enters Region: A Unit enters Hero Selection Area

Conditions:
Boolean Comparison: ((Entering Unit) is a Hero equal to true

Actions:
Unit/Move Unit(Instantly): Instantly move (entering Unit) to "Hero Ready Area"
