I am disgraced to live on the same continent as these fanatics. Can somebody please confirm this as false? Please? Like I just said, I'm disgraced to live on the same continent as these fanatics.
Pokémon doesn't promote Darwinian evolution any more than advancements in computer technology do... evolution in Pokémon has to do with strength (level), happiness (Igglybuff => Jigglypuff, Cleffa=> Clefairy, Happiny => Chansey, Eevee => Espeon/Umbreon, etc.), magic stones (Pikachu => Raichu, Kirlia => Gallade, Clefairy => Clefable, Eevee => Jolteon/Vaporeon/Flareon, etc.), and sometimes nothing at all (Feebas => Milotic, Kadabra => Alakazam, Porygon => Porygon 2 => Porygon Z, etc.). If that somehow manages to promote Darwinism to the point a zealous-yet-sane church would ban Pokémon, please let me know. If not, please shoot me.

bah, something's wrong with my FireFox, and I can't delete this. I left (tried to at least) the original message up incase anybody is interested anyways. I read a little more of the gamefaqs discussion, and it said it was an April Fool's joke. i feel stupid now...
also, my internet just went down for a while, sorry to anybody that read this before I edited it
