Referee Map Help !

Hello ! I'm trying to host my map (link download) with referee but for some reason the referee slots don't appear. Is it because the map has all 12 player slot occupied. If so, how do I make my map support referee slots as well ? I need a very fast answer thanks !

you have to add them when you host the map from map options

you cant have referees if you are hosting in single player try lan

sorry for double post but does nobody know how to fix this?

let me ask another question then, how do i make my factions like in dota, where they do not require a computer on a player slot (know what i mean) ?
